1. Customer must return product for inspection before any credit is given. 2. All applicable freight charges, any damages incurred to product and all applicable repair charges are the buyers responsibility. 3. 25% Restocking Fee will Apply. 4. If there is any visible damage, Refuse the shipment and notify Equipment House. 5. Once you sign the BOL, you are signing that you are receiving the merchandise in good condition. Therefore, no claims for damage can be made after you sign the BOL. 6. You would have to file a claim directly with the carrier for any resolution. 7. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
